But who am I, and why am I running this webinar?
I'm the Founding Chair of the Pantry Committee, and have volunteered for the GFAs for four years. I'm also the Founder of Allison Ball Consulting, where I help packaged product producers understand the in's and out's of Wholesale, as well as help specialty food stores put together killer product assortments & captivating displays, and learn how to read their sales numbers.
I know both sides of Retail- how challenging it is to launch a product, get it on the shelf, and keep it there- and how many moving parts there are in running a successful store. I'm here to share secrets for success from both sides.
