What happens when I cancel?
At the end of your current billing cycle, you’ll lose access to everything inside of Retail Ready® (the curriculum, the live support calls, 1:1 Clarity Calls with Charlie, the student community, bonus trainings, etc), with the exception of any of your personal notes that you’ve taken on your own computer or Google Drive throughout the program. If you’re in our Signature Program, you’ll keep lifetime access to the Retail Ready® Toolkit.
Can I leave and come back?
Yes! You have two options. You can click on the button above to pause for one month and automatically resume your subscription in four weeks, locking in the price that you’re currently paying inside of Retail Ready®, even if we raise the price of our program. You will lose access to all of the program materials during your pause.
If you need longer than a one-month break, you can end your enrollment now and re-enroll when you’re ready in the future. You will pay the current monthly price of Retail Ready®, and you’ll have to commit to 90 days with us when you enroll again.
If I stay, how long am I committing to staying?
When you decide to stay with us, you’ll move to a month-to-month enrollment at the same monthly price that you’re paying now - even when we raise the price of Retail Ready®. You can stay for a single additional month, five months, 18 months, or for years - or anything in between! The choice is up to you.
I heard there’s now an option for 1:1 support built into Retail Ready®. Can I upgrade to that?
Absolutely! You’ll see the option to upgrade or downgrade directly on the continuation page here.
Can I just buy a 1:1 call in the future when I need it but drop the full Retail Ready® program?
No, 1:1 Clarity Calls with Charlie are available only to active students in our Retail Ready® program.
Can I just keep the curriculum but drop the live support & student group?
No, we do not offer standalone parts of the Retail Ready® program.

What happens if I do nothing?
If you take no action, your enrollment will automatically end at the completion of your billing cycle. If you’d like to rejoin us in Retail Ready® in the future, you’ll come back at the current price.
