Charlie is our VP of Product & Student Success and a former Retail Ready® student, and is now integral to the student experience in Retail Ready®. As the sole founder of Element Shrub, a company he has been running by himself since 2013, Charlie has been through. it. all. His company has won multiple products awards, has been praised by Oprah, Vogue, and Bon Appetit, and can be found in retailers and bars all over the United States.
Now, Charlie shares his Founder perspective with Retail Ready® students, while still running the day-to-day of his own beverage company. He loves strategizing with our students about sales & distribution, marketing, financials, ecommerce & foodservice channels, and the day-to-day of running a national CPG brand!
