  • If you're already using ChatGPT or Claude regularly, GREAT. You’ll have a head start.

    We’ll make sure you have the digital hygiene and best practices in place to scale how you’re using AI across your business, including how you organize your business context, structure your workspaces, manage what AI has access to, and build systems you can actually trust and maintain.

    From there, you can go deeper with the skills, workflows, connections, and automations we’re building together. Everything gets customized around YOUR biz, so if you’re ready to get nerdy with it, we can get nerdy with it.

    But if you’ve already built out all your Projects for each department in your biz, have a solid system for managing your business context, switch between Chat, Cowork, and Code without blinking, regularly build your own custom skills and automations (and LOVE the output you get!), and spent last weekend vibe coding a suite of Replit apps? ScaleCPG might not be for you.

  • Yep. You just need to be willing to learn, build, and occasionally get a little wonky with us.

    We’ll walk you through each build step by step, give you the starting tools and templates, and help you troubleshoot along the way. That’s exactly why we included the Build & Refine sessions, office hours, supported Slack community, and your SOS 1:1 session.

  • Plan for 2-3 hours each week in addition to the optional live sessions.

    This is a hands-on program, so you’ll get the most out of it when you actually build alongside us and customize what we create for your biz.

    And remember, the whole point is for the systems you build during these 12 weeks to start giving some of that time back, as early as week two!

  • Item descriptionCome live whenever you can. Every ScaleCPG session will be recorded, and you’ll have access to the recordings for one full year.

    You’ll also have office hours and our supported Slack community when you need help with something you’re building.

  • We’ll primarily be working with Claude, and recommend you ideally have the TEAMS level account with 2 seats (currently $25/user/month). You can also use Claude PRO (currently $20/month) if you’re already using that. 

    You can do all of our skills with a paid ChatGPT account, but we prefer (and recommend) working in Claude.

    We’ll give you a clear setup list before we begin so you know exactly what accounts you need and what, if anything, will have an additional software cost.

  • Absolutely. You don’t need to have finished Retail Ready® or have your wholesale strategy perfectly dialed in before joining ScaleCPG.

    You’ll get a 12-week Retail Ready® Refresh alongside ScaleCPG, so you can jump back into the trainings, templates, live calls, and Slack community whenever you need help with the wholesale side of what we’re building.

    If anything, this might be the kick in the pants you need to finally put some of that Retail Ready® goodness into action. 😉

  • Yep! The systems we’re building can support your whole packaged products business, including DTC.

    Your Marketing and Finance Departments can be customized around your DTC business, and the skills, workflows, and automations you learn to build can be used wherever you're spending too much time doing repetitive work.

    We will spend time on wholesale-specific sales workflows because, well, you’ve taken Retail Ready® and we KNOW wholesale. But you don’t need wholesale to be your biggest sales channel to get a ton out of ScaleCPG.

  • Your enrollment is for you, with one big founding-cohort exception: executive-level co-founders can join for FREE.
