FAQs

What happens when I cancel?
At the end of your current billing cycle, you’ll lose access to everything inside of Retail Ready® (the curriculum, the live support calls, 1:1 Clarity Calls with Charlie, the student community, bonus trainings, etc), with the exception of any of your personal notes that you’ve taken on your own computer or Google Drive throughout the program.

Can I leave and come back?
Yes! You can end your enrollment now and re-enroll when you’re ready in the future - BUT you will pay the current monthly price of Retail Ready® ($599) when you enroll again, and you’ll have to commit to 90 days with us - the current minimum program enrollment length.

If I stay, how long am I committing to staying?
When you decide to stay with us, you’ll move to a month-to-month enrollment at the same monthly price that you’re paying now ($199/month, despite Retail Ready® being $599/month currently - We got you!) You can stay for a single additional month, five months, 18 months, or for years - or anything in between! The choice is up to you.

I heard there’s now an option for 1:1 support built into Retail Ready®. Can I upgrade to that?
Absolutely! You’ll see the option to upgrade directly on the continuation page here

Can I just buy a 1:1 call in the future when I need it but drop the full Retail Ready® program?
No, 1:1 Clarity Calls with Charlie are available only to active students in our Retail Ready® program.

Can I just keep the curriculum but drop the live support & student group?
No, we do not offer standalone parts of the Retail Ready® program.

Yes! We want you to be fully committed to your next step. Email us at hi@alliball.com and we’ll talk it through with you.

What happens if I do nothing?
If you take no action, your enrollment will automatically end at the completion of your billing cycle. If you’d like to rejoin us in Retail Ready® in the future, you’ll come back at the most current price (currently $599/month).
