📕 The Gallup Strengthsfinders Test

📕 Seth Godin’s Book The Dip, which Tonia recommends as “a fantastic book on navigating the dip in your business, life or whenever you need to make tough decisions. For me, it helped me let go of those accounts or energies not serving me!”

📕 The Pareto Principle on determining where your energy and its rewards are.

📕 Finally, Tonia added Elliot Begoun: “It was your podcast with him in 2020 that really opened my eyes to so much and also eventually led me to him and TIG Brands, which is a great and BIG next step after Retail Ready®.” Check out that podcast episode HERE
